Circle K is hiring for the role of Logistics Stock Reconciliation and Billing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Troubleshooting & resolving critical cases & pre-empt and manage escalations.
• Monitoring robot processes in the shipment handling field.
• Developing a solid understanding of the end-to-end process of both billing and shipment handling within Logistics, and based on completed activities, evaluate issues resolved and work towards reducing the incoming volume of issues for upcoming months.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration
• Prior experience in a logistics/shipment handling/billing role
• 3 years of management experience
• Experience in leading initiatives for operational improvements, process/workflow development, and managing cross-functional projects.
