HP is hiring for the role of Logistics Service Provider Performance Monitoring!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand E2E EDI architecture & business processes between HP & Partner systems and collaborate with IT & Operations teams for structural fix of recurring EDI fallouts issues.
• Drive programs by collaborating with functions like HP IT, Partner Ops/IT, regional teams to identify & Fix EDI issues permanently.
• Drive process improvements resulting in business benefits.
• Identifying issues in gateway systems and collaborating with IT to resolve those issues.
• Monitoring document flow within HP system

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced written and verbal skills.
• Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
• SAP Knowledge: Technical awareness (working with IT experience) is preferred.
• MS Office
• Supply Chain Knowledge (Preferred Stream – Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Logistics)
