• Export Documentation Handling (in physical form)
• Logistics Coordination with internal team and third parties
• Invoice Management – Liaising with Finance and maintaining proper records
• Coordination with Production & Operations Team – for packaging and box dimensions
• Box Label Verification – ensuring it matches project documentation (KT)
• External Coordination – visiting DHL, customs office when needed
