Crux is hiring for teh role of Logistics Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Attend customer inquiries from across globe, document the call inquiry and communicate to the right operations team across the globe.
• Follow-up on existing inquiries on daily basis, work closely with the operations and shipping to ensure that the shipping transaction gets executed accordingly. 
• Must have strong documentation skills, communication skills and operational skills. 
• Should be open to learn logistics SOP on our global operations. 
• Preferred to have Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross Border Trade, Customs
• Regulations experiences. 
• Must have strong experience in using MS-Office tools, any TMS,WMS, CRM tools. 

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Management – Understanding of procurement, distribution, and logistics coordination.
• Inventory Control – Experience with stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Shipping & Transportation – Knowledge of freight management, route optimization, and carrier coordination.
• Software Proficiency – Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize processes.
• Problem-Solving – Quick decision-making in case of disruptions or supply chain issues.
• Negotiation Skills – Handling contracts, freight rates, and supplier agreements.
• Compliance & Documentation – Understanding of import/export laws, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Communication Skills – Coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Time Management – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
