Reliance is hiring for the role of Logistic Operations Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure proper planning and smooth dispatches of liquids by providing timely placement of tankers, and safe and timely delivery to customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with respective sites for dedicated vehicle availability and ensure loading. Placement planning in line with Material availability to avoid detention of vehicles.
• Coordinate with BG HO, RO, Site Logistics, and Security and lab to effect smooth dispatches.
• Coordinate and monitoring of Stock at Hz and Hz-related Plants.
• Monitor VTS data and initiate corrective actions as required.
• Educate the loading staff of the carriers for thorough checking of the vehicles, educating the truckers for safety compliance within the complex, correct and authentic document check of the vehicles, legible filling of the documents, and ensuring of proper photography of the truckers
• Coordinate with carriers for faster placements, Tank Farm for faster loading, and Hazira Logistics & Security for release of the vehicles. Taking necessary steps for improvisation in the cycle time as per guidelines given by concerned agencies.
• Coordinate with Business and Regional Offices for prompt unloading and release of vehicles to enable faster turnaround for small-distance dedicated routes
• Bring load-worthy and transit-worthy vehicles with standard PPEs and Wheel Chokes.
• Educate the carriers on Safety Compliance requirements within the complex.
• Educate the loading staff of the carriers for thorough checking of the vehicles before loading, briefing the tanker drivers for safety compliance within the complex, correct and authentic document check of the vehicles i.e. Documents pertaining to vehicles such as State permits,  PUC, Driver License, Insurance validity, etc., proper and legible filling of the authority and Delivery Order letters, proper handling of the Lorry Receipts by the tanker drivers to enable legible printing, thorough checking of the documents like Road Permits, Invoices, LRs, etc.
• Coordinate with ALL plants to ensure 100% Back Freighting of outbound tankers and with Transporters and BG for Inbound tankers.
• Educate the carriers in placing Quality vehicles by ensuring proper checks of the vehicles.
• Ensure no tankers are placed by the carriers without carrying out Suraksha Certification.
• Inspect tankers and ensure all required Government norms are fulfilled and documents are carried along with the tankers.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B. Tech. / B.Com / M.Com + Specialized courses in Logistics
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
