• Analysis of top selling BSA/ brokers
• Analysis of future identified projects

• Achievement and shortcoming of last month’s BSA strategy meeting
• Ageing of BSA approvals
• Vintage of BSA’s Vs performance
• Strategy for inactive BSAs
• Strategy for empanelling non- builder BSA
