Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital sales strategy for the location in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify key digital transformation opportunities to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Drive digital adoption initiatives across the location to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage digital sales channels, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.

  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Work closely with the IT and product teams to ensure the effective deployment of digital platforms and solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the digital sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team’s digital capabilities.
  • Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing digital customer service strategies.
  • Gather customer insights to enhance digital offerings and improve the user experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
