About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for day-to-day operations of the home loan DSA vertical in the designated location. Ensure efficient and effective execution of sales processes, customer service standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager, adapting it to the specific market dynamics and opportunities within the location. Monitor sales performance closely and take proactive measures to optimize results and achieve targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales team to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the location. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help team members maximize their potential and achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence of the home loan DSA vertical within the location. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including DSA partners, real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster a customer-centric culture within the location, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, operations, and customer service at the location level. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies relevant to the home loan DSA business. Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential fraud, credit, and operational risks associated with home loan transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of home loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
