Key Responsibilities:

•  A Leading Bank as Loan Officer.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists.
• Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about product features and benefits.
• Answer customer queries and address any concerns they may have.
• Follow a script and maintain a professional and persuasive tone during calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills:

• Good in English, Should know one more language apart from Tamil.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
• Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to record customer interactions and sales data.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and address concerns.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
