Lenovo is hiring for the role of LMS Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Assist in uploading courses, creating classes, and setting up quizzes and assessments.
  • Maintain learning plans and certifications as directed by the LMS expert.
  • Provide support for LMS-related queries and troubleshooting.
  • Generate and maintain training progress reports, participant completion rates, and other key metrics
  • Support data validation and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards
  • Support the L&D team in planning and executing end-to-end learning session logistics, including sending invites, tracking participant attendance, and ensuring full participant completion
  • Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared and distributed for training sessions
  • Assist in updating communications to stakeholders on the progress of learning initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration

Requirements:

  • Excellent working with details and detailed processes
  • Able to quickly build expertise using various learning-related systems, tools, and applications, such as those used to collect participant feedback data, learning program development and delivery status
  • Able to organize time and materials to complete complex tasks within deadlines
  • Able to build productive relationships with ISO SEA team members and internal partners across Lenovo’s world-wide geographies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and organizational needs change
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications;  familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus but not required
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and solve problems as they arise
