Linux Server Administrator - Virtualization Job in Faridabad at ZapBase

We have in-house openings in our IT field startup company for the post of "Linux Server Administrator".

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and positive in nature to join our company's web hosting branch.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

As Linux specialist, you are responsible for providing technical support for Linux Servers with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.

Responsibilities :

- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux Servers

- Clustering and High availability management along with Virtualization solutions

- Perform installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning

- Review Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation.

- Implement changes, perform security-related tasks, identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Familiar with Linux commands, server setup(centos/ubuntu/etc.),

- Database server management and Cluster database management, PHP/MySQL/python software installation / configuration etc., Firewall & CSF / IpTable configuration.

- Securing cPanel and WHM Access, Tweaking cPanel and WHM Access. Should know about Setup and managing ConfigServer Firewall (CSF), Setup Cron Job To Run ClamAV,

- Update RPMs and kernel with yum update and Schedule backup copies(depends on disk space availability)

- Mail queue management, Backup management and Monitor Resources
