Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of Line Supervisor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage a team comprising 10-12 workmen in the weld body shop
- Process Improvement to Enhance Quality/Productivity/Safety.
- Administrative control of team, Manpower Management, Manpower Training, Skill Upgradation
- Production & Quality Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
- Hands-Experience online, Part loading Sequence, Line Data management,
- Efficiency analysis and continuous improvement (KAIZEN)
- Train of new workmen
- Defect analysis and countermeasures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of welding jigs/Safety Checks/Quality checks
- Knowledge of the spot welding process
- Basic Knowledge of Robot teaching/programming, Hands-on Experience in Spot Reteaching, Sealer application teaching
- Knowledge of quality systems to maintain weld body quality
- Knowledge of body accuracy/Operation Analysis
- Knowledge of Sealer application and hemming process indoors
- Production & Quality Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
- Hands-on Experience on Line, Part loading Sequence, Line Data management
- Efficiency Analysis and Continuous Improvement (KAIZEN)
