Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare comprehensive tender proposals and documents per specifications and guidelines.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, including technical specifications, financial statements, and compliance certificates, are included in the tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and ensure timely submission of tenders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tender processes.
• Stay updated on changes in tendering laws, policies, and procedures, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Mitigate risks associated with tender submissions by conducting thorough due diligence and adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
