About this Job
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create fun, challenging, and engaging levels
- Build and light levels all the way from initial block-out to final, polished gameplay spaces
- Guide and communicate the vision for design initiatives
- Design, balance and analyse new and existing features
- Work closely with Art, Design, and Engineering teams to maintain balance of visual quality, gameplay needs, and technical performance
- Help to establish best practices for art production and optimization
- Develop and maintain documentation
