Colt Technology Services is hiring for the role of Legal Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supports Colt's legal team in all aspects of delivering effective legal support.
• Provides hands-on commercial and legal support and advice.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates a variety of contracts.
• Provides contract management.
• Assess disputes and evaluate Colt's legal position.
• Contributes to the updating of a suite of standard templates.
• Provides ad-hoc legal support and advice on a range of matters as required.
• Acts as a subject-matter expert in commercial legal matters across the organization.
• Engages effectively with internal clients and provides support on legal matters as required.
• Provides sound commercial legal advice on a range of matters, including Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements, including wayleave agreements, telecoms carrier agreements, duct use/lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and procurement agreements.
• Disputes with customers, suppliers, and other parties.
• Provides contract management for ongoing contractual relationships.
• Supports the legal team in updating and maintaining frameworks and standards, including standard customer documentation.
• Manages workload and prioritizes effectively.
• Sets clear and achievable expectations with internal customers.
• Proactively follows up on actions and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 6 Months -2 years of relevant experience
• Law Graduate
• Language Fluency- In English (Verbal and Written)
