Milliman MedInsight is hiring for the role of Legal Systems Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Assist with the maintenance of multiple customized SaaS applications.
• Monitor application performance, diagnose, troubleshoot, research and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with user access and permissions.
• Assist with regular application audits and updates and help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
• Provide application support and training to users.
• Assist with documentation for application configurations, processes, procedures and guidelines.
• Subject matter expert for customised Legal applications and infrastructure.
• Point of contact for application user inquiries.
• Recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet application requirements.
• Assist with developing project plans and timelines.
• Assist with monitoring project progress and communicate project status.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resources.
• Ensure compliance with application standards and project management best practices.
• Collaborate with internal application professionals, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Effective communication with stakeholders to explain application issues and solutions.
• Prepare and present department reports on system performance, project status, and outcomes.
• Assist with audit and maintaining standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Able to work a standard shift of 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. local time.
• Prior work experience in USA company.
• Demonstrated interest in legal technology and legal processes.
• Strong knowledge of system applications (Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to complete deliverables to specifications.
