Mspire is hiring for the role of Legal Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal advice to management and other departments
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal advisors
• Manage legal risks and suggest proactive solutions
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes that may impact the business
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Assist in corporate secretarial work and documentation
• Maintain proper legal records and filing systems
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Proven experience as a legal officer, legal advisor, or similar role
• Strong understanding of corporate, civil, and contract law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
