Key Responsibilities:

Funding :

• Provide legal advice and support to management on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsels.
• Manage legal documentation related to loans, property, and financial transactions.
• Monitor legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
• Maintain proper records of legal cases, notices, and agreements.
• Support internal teams with legal clarifications and compliance requirements.
