Michael Page is hiring for the role of Legal Counsel!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Part of the legal, regulatory, and compliance team at Mumbai with experience in one or more of the BFSI sectors like banking/NBFC, payments, stock broking, and insurance, and open to work for all BFSI sectors.
• Have experience of contract drafting with commercial understanding and negotiating skills for contracts with large/multinational Banks, insurance companies, or technology service providers.
• Assist in defining contracting standards that are consistent with internal policies/procedures and industry practices to protect the firm from legal, regulatory, privacy, and reputational concerns.
• Assisting with the preparation and review of new licensing applications, and updating or drafting new policies in response to regulatory developments, and research.

Requirements:

• You must be an LLB graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience having worked with BFSI industries such as banking/NBFC, payments, stock broking, and insurance.
• Prior Fin-tech experience will be helpful.
• You should have good communication, exposure to a variety of contracts, and stakeholder management skills.
