Webkul Software Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Legal Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and petitions
- Conduct legal research on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and negotiable instruments
- Support preparation for court appearances by compiling case materials and summaries
- Help review and analyze intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark filings
- Assist in reviewing and drafting notices and correspondence related to trademark and copyright issues
- Maintain organized case files and document repositories
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws (patent, trademark, copyright)
- Familiarity with legal procedures and court documentation
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- 1 to 3 years of experience
