Insight Software is hiring for the role of Legal Administrator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Help manage administrative aspects related to contracts, including helping administer insight software’s contract management system and ensuring proper documentation, archiving, and adherence to internal processes.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance contract administration processes and playbooks to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work on ad hoc projects and other requests of various complexities as needed and as assigned.
- Drive continuous improvements, scalability, and operational excellence in contracting processes and execution.
- Preparing responses to customers’ certification and representation requests
- Assisting with the countersignature process and electronic filing of contracts and other legal documents.
- Distributing contract assignments to attorneys and Contracts Specialists in the Legal Department
- Providing Deal Desk approvals of legal terms in Salesforce
- Managing assignments for Legal Department Ticketing Queue
- Reviewing and/or assisting with the preparation of customer-facing contract documents Reviewing and fulfilling customers’ Certificates of Insurance requests
Requirements:
- Graduate.
- Familiarity and comfort with technology licensing agreements and legal issue
- 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with experience in a global law firm or corporate legal department
- Outstanding team player with a passion for building relationships and collaborating with Commercial Law teammates and key stakeholders to achieve team and individual goals. Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, manage workloads, and focus on key priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Result-focused; able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented global environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and cross-functional partners with a Customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to assist the legal department in its activities and its mission of various complexities as needs arise.
- Highly responsive.
- Exhibits passion and excitement and embraces a can-do attitude.
- High-level attention to minute details to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self-starter and independent/strategic thinker.
- Work in EST/EDT time zone
