Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for the role of Leasing Tenant Representation Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Carrying out business development activities for obtaining a larger presence in the commercial office leasing market in Kolkata and East India.
• Develop & execute BD strategies that prioritize growth and fresh business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing and former clients. Generate business opportunities from them in the form of repeat business and referrals.
• Contribution towards the realization of AOP for the vertical by generating revenue upon the successful closure of transactions and achieving set financial targets.
• Performing market research & gaining market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain rapport with property owners and developers, and establish & nurture relationships with them.
• Day-to-day meetings with admin/decision makers/ business heads of various organizations in the form of planned new meetings/cold–calls and repeat calls.
• Maintain and nurture the company database /CRM by plugging in the required information and updating it regularly.  
• Generate workable leads for the team through fruitful meetings.
• Partner with the brokerage team on a day-to-day basis to understand the ongoing requirements and develop commercial brokerage skill sets.
• Conduct high-level market research and implement requisite strategies to gain leads and opportunities.
• Become a subject matter expert on the company’s business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
• Attend seminars and various industry events to grow the client base through networking.
• Update and maintain the micro-market overview decks and presentations every month.
• Maintain the competition transactions tacker on a regular basis
• Assist the larger team with client management and breakthroughs to critical meetings.  

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA or Equivalent – Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in business development, customer service, marketing, or relevant roles.  
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
