Learning Media Developer Job in Mumbai at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited

Colgate-Palmolive Company is hiring for the role of Learning Media Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and craft creative video/interactive content for print, exhibition, website, advertisements, and social media
• Conceptualize GIF Animations and prepare drafts and present ideas
• Develop digital learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, quick-reference guides, job aids, learning activities and assessments.
• Develop content using industry-standard development tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360
• Build storyboards, scripts, prototypes, etc. and document development requirements and timelines using collaborative project planning tools.
• Analyze learning survey results against benchmark standards with the project team, and implement changes to build more effective and engaging learning experiences.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in crafting learning materials
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics etc.
• Familiarity with learning Management System
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline will be an advantage
• Proficient with design tools like Adobe suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro etc.
• Hands-on experience with video development tools, Vyond, Animaker etc.
• Experience with crafting and developing logos, templates, banners, videos, infographics, newsletters etc.
• Candidates having hands-on experience with UI/UX would be preferred for this role.
