Labcorp is hiring for the role of Learning Management System Admin and Training Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Serve as the primary LMS Administrator for the Labcorp Global Talent Management Team.
  • Provide LMS subject matter expertise, including providing insights and best practices.
  • Routinely collaborate with learning operating committee to develop, maintain, and enforce LMS processes and procedures.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements in user experience.
  • Liaise with learners and global administrators to understand how to continuously integrate and align LMS with initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity and catalog accuracy related to uploads and inputs from associated systems and software.
  • Generate reporting to provide visibility to adoption, completion status, and effectiveness of training solutions delivered via the LMS.
  • Analyze data and recommend direction and/or solutions.
  • Build knowledge of the LMS and all updates to ensure full utilization of all components that enhance the delivery of learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the coordination of learning and development trainings, events and workshops.
  • Position requires very high level of collaboration among the organization.
  • Complete other appropriate duties, as assigned by the manager, which require similar skills in accordance with business needs and common sense.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and sense of urgency
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed to meet the company’s deadlines.
  • 2+ Years' experience in a Learning Management System support environment.
  • 2+ Years' experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within a Learning Management System
