Dassault Systèmes is hiring for the role of Learning Expert Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build your understanding of CFD portfolio solutions offered by SIMULIA
• Build your understanding of the capabilities and values of the 3DExperience platform
• Collaborate with SIMULIA Discipline & Industry experts to build requirements for enablement topics.
• Apply your knowledge to build certifications and training material used for the enablement of sales, tech sales, and partners.
• Build compelling, engaging, interactive learning materials using eLearning methodologies that engage our user communities.
• Maintain and update the currently available enablement materials.

Requirements:

• MTech/ MS/BTECH in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc, with a focus on the CFD and Heat Transfer domains.
• 0-3 years of experience in working knowledge using commercial software tools   
• Basic understanding of the e-learning methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
