Learning Design Specialist Job in Delhi at Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

BCG is hiring for the role of Learning Design Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Able to convert business objectives into upskilling objectives, upskilling programs and learning content
• Develop learning programs to meet the skill gap
• Design learner experience to make learning Interesting and effective
• Work In a fast-paced environment with constantly updating priorities
• Engage and influencing senior stakeholders to gather their latent knowledge as content
• Attention to details
• Build trust-based relationships and networks across organizations to leverage their skills for content development & delivery
• Manage program delivery for In-person / virtual sessions (through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms)
• Collaborate problem-solving to meet quality and timelines
• Verbal and written communication including with senior audiences

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Instructional design experience
• Knowledge of learning science applied in adult learning
• Experience in designing curriculums and assessments
• Experience in developing Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, Micro-learning, social learning
• Experience with eLearning content authoring tools or with building content In NovoEd
• Track-record of content development with SMEs
• Experience in working in the global organizations Is preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Trello
• Track record of effective and engaging learning design
