Learning Coordinator 1 Job in Gurgaon at RSM

RSM is hiring for the role of Learning Coordinator 1!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for the execution of logistics for training programs at RSM.
• Coordinate classroom needs, prepare communications, coordinate webcast schedule, moderate webcasts (WebEx Meetings, WebEx Webinar, Microsoft Teams), process course materials, order and ship supplies, and coordinate on-site logistics and administration.
• Obtain relevant course/curriculum details for course input into the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor course enrollments, register facilitators and participants, execute changes, and update course data as well as manage compliance documentation for peer review folders according to NASBA standards.
• Function as site administrator for live training programs.
• Process continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, required
• Virtual meeting platform skills (WebEx Meetings, WebEx Webinar, Microsoft Teams), required
• Ability to work both independently and with a team, required
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences, required.
