GPstrategies is hiring for the role of Learning Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
• Create content using the Whatfix Studio Editor to suit the customer’s use cases.
• Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout.
• Participate in ideation sessions with customers to arrive at the best technical and user experience approaches.
• Provide and follow best practices for applying instructional design theory to Whatfix in-system guidance.
• Own and drive customer engagement with proper documentation and status reports.
• Apply analytics expertise to interpret analytics and provide guidance on where to prioritize Whatfix content.
• Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Support.

Requirements of the candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in any of the following domains - Content Creation/Instructional Design/Technical Writing/Customer Success/Account Management/Marketing/Software Development/Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, and HTML will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good authoring and documentation skills.
• Has created user guides or Instructional manuals for internal or external audiences.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and design solutions to navigate them.
• Thinks creatively and drives innovation.
• Has strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Has the ability to manage complex and concurrent projects.
• Possesses the ability to work with a diverse set of people.
• Shows strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines.
• Experience working for a SaaS product-based company is preferred.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
