Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leading UX Design: Setting design standards, best practices, and workflows to ensure cohesive and high-quality design outputs.
• User-Centered Design: Conducting user research, creating user personas, and understanding user needs and pain points. Translate user insights into design solutions that enhance usability and address user challenges.
• Interface Design: Creating prototypes and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaboration: Collaborating, and brainstorming with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on usability findings. Analyze usability test results and adjust designs accordingly.
• Interaction Design: Defining interaction patterns and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Design Documentation: Creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability.
