Lead Technology Analyst (SAP SAC) Job in Bangalore at Airbus

Airbus is hiring for the role of Lead Technology Analyst (SAP SAC)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with Scrum Computing and an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Continuous Integration or similar)
• Lead the team and collaborative mindset
• Assist with stakeholder management - excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills
• Learn agility, curiosity and creativity, independence of mind, and innovative "out of the box" mindset
• Define the best match between needs and existing solutions & technologies
• Organize link with Data Viz & Big Data Analytics CoC domain counterparts in order to identify and fulfil new business needs
• Ensure the run for Data Visualisation Solutions especially the IM Performance Dashboard
• Manage and Lead the change request or new requirements for the IM Performance Dashboard
• Ensure the continual cleansing, refinement, and of specified data sets for analytical purposes. You must be able to identify the data to be cleansed and the refinement axis (ie. Fields to be added/edited/removed)

Requirements:

• High focus on customer satisfaction and short time-to-market
• High focus on IM collective objective and associated KPIs
• Graduate in an area such as information technology, applied mathematics, engineering, or big data-related field
• Experience with data modeling, integration, quality, and management - combining independent sources to create a more complete view,
• High Experience with visualization tools (Sap Analytic Cloud, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, WebFOCUS, etc.) and User-Centric approach (UI/UX)
• Knowledge of database technology (eg. SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Programming knowledge (SQL, JavaScript) would be a plus
• Good communication skills
