ACG is hiring for the role of Lead TA - PMS & HR Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Plan Talent Acquisition, manpower budgeting, and seek necessary approvals
  • Plan and budget employee costs within budget and provide timely reports for decision-making
  • Plan and submit manpower budget and seek necessary approvals
  • Drive recruitment activities of permanent associates based on budgeting and manpower planning
  • Source resumes through various portals to ensure a diverse pool of hires
  • Review and update job descriptions as needed
  • Screen candidates and schedule all rounds of interviews, complete other documentation, and formalities like behavioral assessment tests
  • Prepare fitment offers, arrange pre-employment medical check-ups, background verification, and appointment letters
  • Manage to join formalities and induction schedules
  • Use the SF (SuccessFactors) tool for the hiring to the onboarding process
  • Prepare induction and joining formalities
  • Plan and execute the employee engagement calendar
  • Update employee data and files
  • Provide input to update the organization chart
  • Support in conducting various activities like town halls, sports events, and other corporate events
  • Participate in and arrange forums like Let’s Connect Samvaad and Coffee with the Operation Head
  • Publish bulletins, flyers, etc., on various occasions
  • Cascade various initiatives and events from Corporate to the team

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of manpower planning and budgeting
  • Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
