Lead/Specialist - Yield Management Job in Bangalore at Automatad

Automatad is hiring for the position of Lead / Specialist - Yield Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define data/reporting requirements needed for granular analysis of publisher, partner, inventory, or experiment level performance & work with data analyst to identify viable yield improvement opportunities & strategies
• Run multivariate experiments & A/B tests to identify, test & implement the best-performing optimization techniques applicable to the relevant inventory & demand sources
• Provide functional training & mentoring for members of the ad operations team involved in day-to-day publisher & partner operations tasks such as whitelisting/activation, setups, stage/prod testing, prod monitoring, operational troubleshooting & revenue reporting
• Handle technical escalations from the ad operations team & proactively identify solutions through your analytical expertise
• Develop, implement, measure & iterate on processes needed to maximize the quality and efficiency of solution delivery by the ad operations, implementation/integration & support teams

Requirements:

• Ideally, at least 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in supply-side ad operations & publisher yield optimization
• Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising fundamentals including tools/technologies, ad operations, yield partnerships, optimization strategies, etc.
• HTML, CSS, Javascript, GPT code library, browser console debugging
• GAM - supply/demand side set up, troubleshooting & performance reporting
• Deep knowledge of Google policies related to the quality of traffic, content, ad layouts, inventory, ad formats, etc.
• Advanced prebid.js experience is a plus
• Extensive experience with advanced Excel / Sheets functionalities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in developing, testing, and implementing strategies to improve programmatic yield for web publisher inventory
