Target is hriing for the role of Lead Specialist Store Design!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop visual content to deploy on PC, Mobile, AR, VR, and Mixed reality platforms
• Drive Unity/ Unreal activities independently, GUI, asset bundles, materials/ shaders, and iOS deployment
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of technologies, tools, and processes associated with 3D/
• VR/ AR/ MR
• Deliver projects from an execution-focused level, with complete ownership and as per 3Di standards
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, that drives automation in 3D visual processes
• Develop Unity/ Unreal projects, including scripting, texturing, scene creation, animation, and GUI styles.
• Contribute to the research and education for the team, on industry-leading 3D visualization practices.
• Participate in innovation drive through dynamic presentations for store design projects utilizing virtual/augmented technology.
• Self-manage assigned multiple projects independently and maintain preferred quality and timelines.
• Take on Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsibility, and captains multiple work efforts/ programs.
• Use project management tools to track project activities, resources, and estimated and actual hours to completion.
• Collaborate with key partners to ensure expectations are clearly defined and executed.
• Sign up for seminars and online webinars to further document best practices in a timely manner.
• Act on developmental opportunities with a growth mindset.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of college degree in any other Building Design/Engineering disciplines
• 1-3 years of work experience in a related role
• Working knowledge of 3Ds Max, Unity, Unreal and Adobe Suite
• Ability to work on developing builds on Unity & Unreal, compatible with Quest and Hololense 2
• Highly motivated & committed to the development of creative visual storytelling and dynamic presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical data in a concise manner
• Team-orientated, and passionate about developing others’ skills, capabilities, and process enhancements
• Strategic mindset and bias for action with a strong ability for strategic planning and driving business outcomes
• Well-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize workload
