JP Morgan chase is hiring for the role of Lead Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development

Requirements:

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Hands-on programming/application development experience JAVA 8+, Spring Boot, REST/API. 
• Proficiency in: SQL/Hibernate, Messaging (MQ & Kafka), application performance testing and tuning, Agile.
• Experience in  Python writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
