Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The Infrastructure Sr. Consultant I is responsible for infrastructure design, selection and implementation by leading incident support and resolution efforts.
- The Infrastructure Sr. Consultant I helps on tasks related to automated monitoring and alerting solutions, metrics creation and reporting, applications integration and problem management.
- The role helps manage, prioritize, and respond to inquiries by helpdesk, specialists and others, as well as maintains governance documentation, implements major configuration changes, and supports infrastructure-related communications and training.
