Mastercard is hiring for the role of Lead Software Architect!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions for globally distributed payment systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and plan non-functional requirements.
- Support development teams and work with stakeholders using the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Create and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the technical design and future directions of the platform to internal and external audiences.
- Research, create, and evaluate technical solution alternatives for business needs using current and upcoming technologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field is required.
- 3-5 Years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, micro services, RESTful APIs, Angular, Web Services, JavaScript, Docker, Spring, Hibernate, Cloud and DevOps Architecture, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Eclipse or IntelliJ, Sonar, GIT, Maven, SQL Developer, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Gatling.
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
