Lead Product Designer UX Job in Pune at Aquila Clouds

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
• Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
• Partner with product and engineering to define user journeys that simplify cloud cost management, AI insights, and billing automation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and uncover user pain points.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Balance strategic design leadership with hands-on execution.
• Advocate for the user’s perspective while aligning design decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in enterprise SaaS, FinOps, AI, or complex workflow products.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to influence across stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Bonus: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), FinOps practices, or AI/ML workflows.
