Vodafone Idea Limited is hiring for the role of Lead Manager - UAM Access Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be accountable for delivery and operations of this team are effective in meeting agreed KPI’s without any major escalations/failures.
• Act as an individual contributor by supporting the development work individually as needed
• Contribute to the cost savings/efforts optimization in the delivery
• Contribute to the organization in terms of process adoption, resource optimization, tools adoption to bring in efficiency and uplift quality
• Contribute to the quality processes of the Service Line

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in user access management and identity and access governance.
• Strong understanding of access control principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with access management tools and technologies.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or access management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
