Bhumi is hiring for the role of Lead – Ignite Shelters!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the plan, track and follow up on project milestones and achieve programmatic goals in a timely manner.
• Engage all stakeholders in shaping shared goals, and strategies for the programme to maximize the impact.
• Build systems, processes, culture, and the team to support effective monitoring and evaluation of the programme goals with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.
• Groom volunteer leaders and support in their Learning and Development(L&D).
• Sustain a connection with the Shelter administration, motivate them to enhance involvement, and promptly respond to their inquiries.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel extensively 
• Excellent track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project
• Proven experience in partnership development, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the education and non-profit sector
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, and/or Tamil
• Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills are essential
• Willingness to travel nationally and locally as required
• Data-oriented and Result Oriented yet focuses on Impact and Purpose over process
• Any institutional leadership role held/experience would be an advantage
