Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research and Identification:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US IT services market.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather information on prospective leads.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, social media, and other channels.
  • Craft compelling messages and pitches to engage prospects and create interest in our IT services.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and interactions.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT services market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing and social media outreach.
  • Knowledge of IT services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
