About this Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our Service could help them.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to the maximum number of Clients per day.
  • Lead generation through cold calling/Email campaigning/LinkedIn for Digital Marketing Services.
  • Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation.
  • Maintain a record of all Client's communication/interactions.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Responsible for service delivery operations.
  • Responsible to arrange meetings with Clients.
  • Implementation of the process as per the company policy, Audits, review of calls, Client satisfaction audits, Accountable for managing service delivery.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and making sure the services provided are of quality and profitable.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.
  • Ensuring systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring control and support of service delivery.
  • To provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
  • Drive client service review meetings (monthly, quarterly); areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality, and processes.
  • Handling negotiating and closing deals with clients.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1+ years of Experience in Outbound B2B Lead Generation for international markets or SAAS products.
  • Negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain Client relationships.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Strong Internet research skills are required.
  • Need experience in the IT industry / Digital Marketing agency lead generation, knowledge of Digital Marketing, and CRM skills.
