Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize primary and secondary research techniques, existing databases, and customer lists to identify and confirm potential customers.
• Identify the portfolio and specific requirements of prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Categorize prospective leads and transfer qualified ones to the sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with potential clients.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of lead generation experience in IT services with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passionate about technology and the IT industry, with strong internet research skills.
• A college graduate in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Previous experience with lead generation tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic to work in a growing company and build a career in IT sales.
