Lead Financial Analyst Job in Noida at Clarivate

Clarivate is hiring for the role of Lead Financial Analyst! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a good understanding of Clarivate business, key performance indicators, and segments the business operates in.
• Gain a deep understanding of and maintain/update financial models for monthly revenue forecasting cycle.
• Check formulae consistency within the model to ensure accurate data outputs.
• Perform independent troubleshooting where necessary.
• Data extraction from financial systems and collation of reports.
• Regular data downloads from the OneStream dashboard for the team to use in analysis.
• Coordinate with data source owners to ensure that the information being downloaded is up to date.
• Prepare monthly Client Revenue Reports.
• Collate inputs from different entity controllers and consolidate revenue from different systems into the Client revenue system.
• Work with central team on uploading/reporting to management within deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Finance teams to resolve data quality issues and reporting challenges.
• Attend meetings and perform follow-up on data quality issues to ensure resolution.
• Provide suggestions for further improvements on processes involving data outputs.
• Prepare and perform format checks of all Finance presentation materials in MS PowerPoint/ Power BI/Excel.
• Ensure proper transfer of information into presentations and standardize formatting.
• Proactively perform version checks to ensure slide decks that are submitted always contain the latest data.
• Support team in ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required.

Requirements:

• BCOM or Finance Graduate / relevant Post Graduate degree is required. (CA/MBA Finance is added advantage)
• Strong analytical, forecasting methods skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlines.
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Proven experience in the use and application of Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other reporting tools.
