Lead Finance Specialist – Sourcing Finance & CAPEX Job in Bangalore at GE Renewable Energy

GE Renewable Energy is hiring for the position of Lead Finance Specialist – Sourcing Finance & CAPEX!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for the pacing, forecasting & reporting activities of key Sourcing KPIs (PPV, DTP, cost-out projects, regionalization & local content, multiple sources, etc.) of LM Wind Power.
• Be responsible for the pacing, forecasting & reporting activities of Depreciation for all global Fixed Assets of LM Wind Power. Support the CAPEX finance team in managing the business cycle- a 3-year plan, budget, and forecasts at each level of the organization. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Lead various process improvement initiatives to enhance financial visibility to improve operations, drive standard work across manufacturing plants and drive profitability.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy
• Impact projects, processes, and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment but may require more senior levels of guidance
• Utilize technical expertise and judgment to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions

Requirements:

• This role requires advanced experience in Finance & CAPEX management. Knowledge and understanding of Sourcing would be a plus.
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
