Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the project's vision and requirements and contribute to creating supplemental requirements and low-level technical specifications.
• Estimate tasks and resources for designing, building, and testing assigned modules.
• Provide inputs to create detailed project schedules and support project planning activities.
• Evaluate risks, adjust priorities based on unresolved issues, and track/report module progress.
• Ensure project modules are on track with respect to schedules and quality during development and testing.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Create detailed low-level design (LLD) for assigned modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Submit LLD designs for review and incorporate feedback to finalize them.
• Build and maintain code for complex systems, ensuring compliance with functional specifications, maintainability, and coding standards.
• Use code management processes to avoid versioning issues and ensure seamless system integration.
• Perform peer code reviews and act as the primary reviewer for application code.
• Attend test design walkthroughs to verify plans effectively test system functions and features.
• Conduct impact analysis for issues and assist with problem-solving during testing and debugging.
• Review and maintain technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Document and track reviews conducted and unit test results.
• Adhere to project processes, best practices, SDLC cycles, and audit requirements.
• Demonstrate responsibility for corporate resources, funds, and materials.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for system functionality and performance initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members using formal and informal sessions.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories for lessons learned and domain developments.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand project vision, requirements, and develop low-level technical specifications.
• Proficiency in estimating resources and tasks for development, testing, and project planning.
• Strong skills in risk evaluation, scope management, and priority adjustment.
• Experience with creating low-level design and integrating feedback to finalize it.

• Knowledge of code management processes to handle versioning problems and ensure system functionality.
• Familiarity with testing processes.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain technical reviews and test results.
• Adherence to SDLC cycles, audit requirements, and best practices.
• Ability to train and mentor team members and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Strong communication skills to provide updates, collaborate with the team, and participate in project reviews.
