Lead Engineer: CAE Internship in Pune at Forvia Faurecia

Forvia Faurecia is hiring for the role of Lead Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To create Automation in CAE as per FIS methodology Guidelines by mentoring the CAE Methodology Engineer.
• Validate flow chart for creating logic to build TCL\TK or Any other programming language code.
• Master the TCL/TK language or any other programming language to show extensive capability for writing code in the same.
• To have an Automation Mindset in his work with identifying areas of possible automation in our current process.
• To receive automation requests from CAE Managers or CAE Methodology Managers for pain areas in their daily work & hence do a meeting, to Understand the same and ask for any doubt before executing it.
• Discuss and finalize the time estimation and delivery date with the CAE Methodology Manager and customers.
• Train junior colleagues for CAE Automation using TCL/TK or any other programming language code.
• Train the FIS CAE community on how to use CAE automation in their daily work.s
• Check & validate CAE automation codes before putting them in production.
• Keep & maintain the FIS Tool Box utility as per new requirements from the CAE team & software versions.
• To communicate results with CAE Methodology Manager or CAE Manager or customer for automation requests & take feedback.
• Anticipate the potential areas of issues and intimate it to the CAE Methodology Manager or CAE Manager or customer.
• To make sure that the CAE processes, methods, tools and standards are followed as set by FIS.
• To maintain lessons learned sheet and ensure implementation of the same to avoid repetition of mistakes.
• To uphold & abide by the code of ethics & Management

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• Preferred master's degree in engineering with a minimum of 4-10 years experience in automation in CAE domain and hands-on experience for TCL/TK language or PYTHON Language. If having any hands-on experience on LS Dyna, Pamcrash & Abaqus with the Preprocessing tool of Hypermesh/ANSA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CAE standards, tools and methods.
