Lead Engineer Job in Pune at Winjit Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers to deliver scalable and secure applications.
• Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and C#.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server, Entity Framework) and third-party services.
• Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Knowlede of any other technologies like Python, NodeJS,etc. will be a bonus pointer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
