Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and develop software solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Analyze, develop, and automate software validation processes.
• Ensure code quality through debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (developers, project managers, clients).
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, document progress updates, and report to customers.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients through email, reports, and calls.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and address internal/external complaints.
• Continuously learn and update skills through training and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Document solutions clearly and concisely using flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Expert knowledge of programming languages, tools, quality management standards, and processes.
• Process excellence and ability to follow standards for consistent results and risk reduction.
• Leverage of current and upcoming technologies for efficient solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
