About this Job
Netcom Learning is hiring for the role of Lead Development Representative!
Responsibility of the Candidate:
- Schedule sales appointments for the Sales team by managing existing relationships and generating new business opportunities for NetCom Learning.
- Invest time in prospecting and lead generation to drive successful call or visit outcomes.
- Update the CRM system with critical information for effective relationship management.
- Review incoming leads, research, and fill in missing information.
- Research target companies and clean up incorrect company data.
- Ensure an efficient flow of information between the Solution & Service teams and the client’s sales team.
- Collaborate with the Client Sales team to grow the contract value of Fortune 500 and Middle Market companies through scheduled client activities and sales visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the US outbound sales process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven career stability.
