Leica Microsystems is hiring for the role of Lead Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute lead qualification process through marketing campaigns to validate customer needs
• Categorize and lead scores to prioritize sales efforts
• Focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness in the lead qualification process
• Identify and manage lead generation demand, utilizing outsourcing strategies when needed
• Ensure CRM databases are maintained in a clean, consistent, and timely manner
• Perform data entry and cleaning of marketing leads in CRM systems
• Drive a standard, repeatable process for data accuracy in complex market segments
• Execute online chat and direct call/email functions to increase website conversion
• Use the BANT method to create opportunities, streamline the sales process, and achieve monthly goals
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
• Assist in reporting lead information and ROI for Marketing Events to Sales and Marketing teams
• Set up marketing events for the successful capture of customer inquiries with CRM systems and lead retrieval tools

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge of MS Excel or any other BI tool will be preferable
• Basic Product Knowledge to guarantee correct product selection is made
• Total Experience: 2+ years
• General Shift: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
• Hybrid (3 days from office & 2 days WFH)
